A painting that evolved from a number of photos and drawings following a late evening walk on the cliffs overlooking St Mary's Island and lighthouse, Whitley Bay. The two figures were based on a couple walking together through the long grass, having an earnest conversation. The sky is very thinly painted and the light developed to work for the picture.
Canvas size 70cm x 70cm. Painted with quality oil paint on Winsor and Newton linen canvas stretcher. Signed front and dated, ready to hang. Price inclusive of Post & Packing within the UK only.
